If you are equipped with the required building drawings, have a basic understanding of BSR, and are familiar with your application but need help with the supporting documentation, we can assist you in compose and submit your paperwork with the correct format and level of detail.
This solution includes everything from the Bronze package, plus:
Preparation of extra supporting documents and narrative to include in the application.
Matching / bundling up drawings and other documents.
Note: rework of existing building drawings will be subject to separate quote.

If you are looking for a stress-free experience and want the job done without having to dive into the BSR regulations and the gateway system, we can handle the entire application process on your behalf. This includes preparing all drawings and supporting documents, and submitting the application as the 'duty-holder' (principal designer).
This includes everything available with Sapphire package, plus:
Preparation of building drawings.
Submission of BSR application.
Site visit for floor plan and measurement.
Note: price applicable to Category B works only. For Category A, we will be happy to provide a bespoke quote.
